Our geodesic domes stand inside Chã das Caldeiras — the inhabited crater of Fogo volcano, Cabo Verde — where vineyards grow from black lava and Pico do Fogo rises 2,829 metres into the Atlantic sky. Everything here runs on the sun. Our team is from the crater villages, our wine comes from the vines outside your window, and our promise is that the caldera will remain exactly as pristine as the day you arrived.
